I work in the same plaza as this location with the staff that was here before everything was great! Good, fast, and friendly service. Now with the new staff there it's the complete opposite. They're very rude, not willing to accommodate no matter what, and the wait time for one smoothie has gotten ridiculous. I literally work a few doors down and it takes 10 mins or more to make my smoothie at times, even when there's no other customers waiting in store. I've spent too much money here to continue subject myself to this type treatment. I just simply won't be back.

I'm from out of town and we have a tropical cafe back at home too but if this location was my first experience I would have never gone to any other again! I ordered a breakfast wrap and I arrived before the time was set for the wrap was done and in the bag when I got to the car it was sooo cold cheese wasn't even melted took it back they had to look at it like if I was lying they reheated it and when I ate it the wrap was still cold! 🤦🏻‍♀️ yeah I'll go to McDonalds it way cheaper and at least it will be hot! I'll stick to my home location!

The food was good—well prepared and tasty. The girl at the register provided excellent service: she was attentive, polite, and handled our order with care. On the other hand, another employee left a very negative impression. She was sitting in the back, on her phone with the volume up and a closed-off attitude, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, the experience could have been much better if the service had been consistent across the staff.

Advanced ordered two smoothies and when I arrived, they were not ready. If that was the worst part of this order, I wouldn’t be writing this review. The two women working there were unfriendly and incompetent. They remade my smoothies three times. Apparently they were having a problem with the blender. When I kindly said, “It looks like you’re struggling why don’t you just give me a refund, the manager didn’t know how to. Four times a charm. 20 mins they finally got them made. Tropical smoothie has been one of my favorite establishments for years. I will not be going back to this one.

A refreshing, fruity smoothie is just the thing I need on a hot day like this. Since I was in the area, I stopped at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location in the Pompano Citi Centre. It was very quiet inside as a male & female employee were preparing and packing online orders. When the male employee was done, he took my order for an all American wrap with bacon and a mango monsoon smoothie. The smoothie was very fruity and tasty...made with fresh mango and pineapples, coconut cream; and papaya, guava, and passion fruit juice. The All American wrap, which is an all-day breakfast item, was a satisfying snack...fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and cheese all wrapped up in a flour tortilla and heated. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is my go-to for delicious smoothies. So far I have tried over 10 different smoothies, and they were all yummy and filling. Fresh fruits, non-fat yogurt, various juices, and your choice of add-ins and supplements are used to make these creations. For a healthy quick bite, there are a variety of breakfast items, wraps, quesadillas, flatbreads, açai bowls, and sides.
